Cancel through the customer portal
Noweb is now free. Existing subscriptions sold by Polar Software, Inc. are not automatically canceled by this change. Cancel a previous subscription in the Polar customer portal to stop renewals. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Free editing, publishing and hosting remain available. You receive confirmation through the portal or by email.
You will be asked to sign in if we need to verify your subscription.
If you cannot access the portal
Email team@noweb.app from the address associated with your account. State that you want to cancel and identify the subscription. We will help route the request to Polar and confirm receipt electronically.
Cancellation is separate from a statutory withdrawal. Mandatory withdrawal rights can be exercised through the electronic withdrawal function. Payment-related refunds are processed with Polar under the Polar Buyer Terms.
