Cancel through the customer portal
Noweb subscriptions are sold and billed by Polar Software, Inc. You can cancel your subscription in the Polar customer portal. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep paid access until that date and receive confirmation through the portal or by email.
You will be asked to sign in if we need to verify your subscription.
If you cannot access the portal
Email team@noweb.app from the address associated with your account. State that you want to cancel and identify the subscription. We will help route the request to Polar and confirm receipt electronically.
Cancellation is separate from a statutory withdrawal. Mandatory withdrawal rights can be exercised through the electronic withdrawal function. Payment-related refunds are processed with Polar under the Polar Buyer Terms.
