Withdraw from contract

Electronic withdrawal

Consumers generally have 14 days from the conclusion of an eligible contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Sending the declaration before the period ends is sufficient. Withdrawal is different from canceling a subscription at the end of its billing period.

Paid subscriptions are sold by Polar Software, Inc., 3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States. This function sends your declaration to support@polar.sh and Noweb. We immediately email you a receipt containing your declaration and its date and time. Polar handles any required refund.

If you expressly requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period, the statutory rules on compensation for services already provided may apply. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
